Build a life where food, movement, and your body feel like home again.
I am a Boston, MA-based registered dietitian with over 10 years of specialized experience in eating disorder recovery. I founded my private practice, Britt Nutrition, after serving as the dietitian at Monte Nido Laurel Hill, a residential program for adults with eating disorders. I also have significant experience at PHP and IOP levels of care with both Monte Nido and Center for Discovery.
My approach is non-diet and intuitive-eating based. Through working with my clients I have learned that lasting change comes from understanding your own relationship with food and your body, not from following someone else's rules.
Clients often describe me as compassionate yet direct, and also someone who brings a healthy dose of humor to the work. I believe that recovery is possible, and understand that doesn't look the same for everyone.
Together, we'll identify your goals, not mine, and then build the practical skills and tools to help get you there.

Nutrition wasn't always my path, I spent five years in investment banking before earning my Master's in Nutrition from Hunter College in New York City. I made a deliberate choice to do work that felt meaningful, and I've never looked back.
I moved to Boston from New York in 2016, convinced I could never be happy anywhere else, and I am now a proud New Englander. I particularly love discovering new beaches, skiing, and exploring Acadia National Park in Maine. I love food and cooking (Smitten Kitchen, Caroline Chambers, and NYT Cooking are my go-tos). I hope to launch a virtual cooking club in 2026 (@therecoverycookingclub on Instagram).

In addition to Massachusetts, I am licensed to practice in New York, Maine, and Florida and can work with clients in Arizona, California, Colorado, Michigan, and Virginia as well!
